Bitaamin’s industrial slaughterhouse, established in June 2019 (Khordad 1398) in Aliabad Katul County, Golestan Province, spans 20,000 square meters and has a slaughter capacity of 6,000 birds per hour . At Bitaamin’s slaughterhouse, 450 meters of chilling rail lines are used to maximize water drainage from the birds’ bodies and reduce their temperature, ensuring consumers receive pure chicken meat worth their payment. Additionally, daily hygiene and disinfection programs are implemented at the slaughterhouse to maintain the health and quality of the chicken. The use of the best and most advanced technologies across various sections—including the slaughter line, cold storage, water and wastewater treatment systems, and waste processing systems—enables the delivery of a distinct quality of slaughtered chicken to consumers, produced under fully hygienic conditions.
Bitaamin’s products in this section include: whole chicken (fresh and frozen), portioned chicken, edible by-products (heart, liver, gizzard), blood powder, and meat powder. Among these, meat powder and blood powder are products exported to other countries. Furthermore, as part of Bitaamin’s chain development plan, we aim to equip and operationalize Slaughterhouse Line 2 to prioritize chicken meat exports.
