The factory has a nominal capacity of 40 tons per hour and, with two operational shifts, produces approximately 9,000 tons of ready feed daily, ranking it among the largest ready-feed production facilities in the country.

The facility features the largest and tallest poultry feed production tower in the country, standing at 38.5 meters in height.

The facility provides direct employment for 70 individuals and generates approximately 120 indirect jobs.

All production lines are PLC-based (Programmable Logic Controller), with real-time monitoring of every production and control stage, enabling instant reporting capabilities.

One of the production lines is equipped with a D.D.C (Direct Digital Control) system and hygienizer technology, enabling the production of bacteria- and fungus-free feed. Given the high sensitivity in breeding parent stock, broiler breeders, and layer hens, this feed is also suitable for use in such specialized farms.

An underground tunnel system (2 meters in height and width) spans the entire area beneath the tower and storage silos. This innovative design not only facilitates equipment maintenance and inspection but also prevents factory flooding during heavy rainfall or floods.
